Last Sunday I attended Alyssa's baby shower. She's expecting Itsy on Valentine's Day. I am so excited for her to be joining the club. I remember not so long ago it was me that was in her same position. Oh how time flies, one day your pregnant and then the next day your a mom.
It was a Dr. Suess themed party. There were felt polka dots in red and deep teal to adorn the tables and feathers in vases. I appreciated all of the details, despite the fact that it started raining and the party was moved indoors. It was so nice to finally meet up with Alyssa again, I haven't seen her in months. I also got to see Jolene and Nannette and little Em again, so it was a nice little reunion. I left little Raffy at home with the hubs and enjoyed some nice and much needed solo time.
